Delivery
At Castles and Rainbows we know how important delivery is, especially when on a deadline, and we take great pride in a first-class service, and keeping our customers fully informed.
For simplicity, and no matter what the size or value of any order is, we implement a one time charge per order, even if we have to send a second or separate package. Most orders received will be boxed and dispatched within 1 working day.
In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we will send the main package according to your chosen delivery method and contact you to advise you of a revised delivery date for the out of stock items, or to offer you an alternative product. As you would expect, out of stock items sent on later do not incur any extra delivery cost.
We know many people leave their purchase until the last minute so to manage your own expectations, if you need your parcel for a specific date, please contact Customer Services on 05602 712783 to advise us of any special requirements.
Included in the price is suitable packaging to send your order plus the postage charge to us. In addition, as we provide a service by placing the goods in the packaging and shipping, all elements are subject to VAT, which is included within shipping costs. Please note, whilst we are happy to ship to non mainland UK locations, an additional charge to cover the cost of postage to us will be incurred by the customer and this is not covered by our standard postage charge. Very occasionally parcels don't turn up as soon as they should. The most important thing to remember is that if you think your parcel hasn't arrived, please let us know as soon as you can! Then we'll do whatever it takes to make sure you get your goods on time.
Gift Wrapping Service
If you are ordering a gift and are unable to deliver it in person, why not take advantage of our gift wrapping service. We also offer a homemade card to go with it for a small additional charge and will add your message for you. Please select the relevant details before you checkout.
Please note, if you are ordering gifts to go to more than one location / recipient you will need to put these through as separate orders.
