Not quite right? Simply return your item(s) to us by mail
Refunds and exchanges will be accepted providing item(s) are returned unused (with any seals and packaging intact) and in a re-saleable condition. Please return any unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
To return an item simply post your package back to us with a copy of your purchase order. We are sorry but we are unable to refund P&P or returns postage as they are both direct costs.

We recommend that you use recorded delivery if your return is of any substantial value, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note:
We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged goods (statutory rights not affected).
Please allow seven working days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse.
Design Services
Goods will be sourced in agreement with clients through consultation in the client’s home. A fee will apply for delivery of the design. A non-refundable 50% deposit is payable on acceptance of the design with the balance due upon completion of the design. Any changes or additions to the design once it has been agreed will be costed separately. All goods remain the property of Castles and Rainbows until paid for in full.
